Petra Ronzani

Petra Ronzani founded Ronzani & Partner after more than 15 years in leadership roles in which she supported change processes through communication, built teams and helped shape transitions. She is a strategic consultant, mediator and expert in bridging perspectives during times of change — with tact, experience and conviction.

Raised in Germany with Italian and Croatian roots and shaped by her studies of Chinese culture, she brings a special familiarity with diversity and shifts in perspective.

History

Ronzani & Partner was founded during the pandemic as the “Detektei Ronzani & Partner.” It began as a creative art project with many wigs and code names and has developed over the years — from this seemingly unserious cover into a serious company with wonderful partners and clients. What still connects the detective agency and Ronzani & Partner is a discreet, analytical eye.
